BigOffer helps you find jobs and apply faster. This policy explains what data we handle and why. Questions or requests: see the contact email at the end.
1. What the service does
BigOffer collects public job postings from job boards, company career pages and public Telegram channels, scores them against your search profile, helps you prepare applications (cover letters, form answers, recruiter messages), tracks your applications on a board and can send optional Telegram notifications.
2. Data we collect
Your Google account email and name when you sign in; your profile (name, timezone, country and the contacts you enter); the CV PDF you upload and the facts parsed from it; your search profiles; your application board; your cover-letter template and answer bank; and your Telegram chat id if you connect the bot.
3. How your CV is stored
Your CV is stored in a private file storage bucket and is accessible only to your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase (database, authentication and file storage; EU, Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting; EU functions), Trigger.dev (background jobs), Google Gemini API (AI features) and Telegram (only if you connect the bot). Personal data such as your CV is sent to Google Gemini only when you trigger an action such as parsing your CV or generating a letter.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show ads or track you for advertising purposes.
6. Your controls and rights
You can delete your CV, disconnect Telegram, and edit or delete your search profiles in the app. To delete your account or export your data, email us at the address below and we will do it on request.
